Job summary

CASES is seeking a Youth Worker to engage youth in the ACES program across East Harlem and the South Bronx. You will build long-term relationships, conduct field visits, and support educational and employment pathways for young men ages 16-24.

The role is based primarily in the community with regular in-office programming and flexible work arrangements. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a salary of $60,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to work with youth and young adults in the ACES program.
• Ability to drive a 15-passenger van.

Responsibilities

• Develop transformative relationships with youth in community settings.
• Contact youth 2-3 times per week in person.
• Escort participants to appointments (DMV, HRA, school, vital documents).
• Enter daily progress notes by close of business.
