Job summary

Hillcrest Evansville, IN is seeking a Part-Time Youth Care Worker on the 2nd shift (Tue–Thu, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm) to supervise youth in our residential program. A 2-week training program is provided upon hire, and successful candidates will model positive behavior and support residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents in the residential program.
• Maintain security and safety of facility at all times.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Maintain complete and accurate resident records.
• Transport residents as needed.
• Perform laundry and general cleaning for each unit.
• Screen admissions/referrals for appropriateness.
• Demonstrate positive role modeling and effective discipline.
