Hillcrest Youth Services invites applications for a Full-Time Youth Worker on the 2nd shift in Evansville, IN, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Friday through Tuesday. You will supervise residents in our residential program and help maintain safety and records. A 2-week training program is required, with the first week mostly daytime.

Ideal candidates are 21+, hold a HS diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and have a valid driver's license. Background checks and drug screening are part of the process.

This role involves supervising youth in our care.
