Job summary

Hillcrest Youth Services in Evansville, IN is seeking a Full-Time Youth Worker (3rd Shift) to supervise residents in our residential program. The 12-hour shift runs Saturday through Wednesday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a starting pay of $18 per hour.

You will model positive behavior, administer medications as needed, maintain records, ensure safety, and support youth with interpersonal and writing skills while completing a two-week training program.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of residents.
• Maintain security and safety of facility and residents at all times.
• Maintain complete and accurate resident records.
• Administer appropriate medication(s).

• Maintain laundry and general cleaning for each unit.
• Screen all admissions/referrals for appropriateness of Hillcrest's programming.
• Provide fair and constructive discipline and act as a positive role model.
