Job summary

Hillcrest Youth Services is seeking a Full-Time Youth Worker for the 3rd shift in Evansville, IN. You will supervise residents on a Saturday to Wednesday schedule, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and participate in a two-week training program with first week hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

A valid driver’s license and background checks are required. The role emphasizes safety, records management, medication administration, and positive role modeling for youth of all ages.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related Human Services field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet vehicle liability insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and serve as a positive role model.
• Maintain safety and security of facility and residents at all times.
• Complete resident records accurately and on time.
• Administer medications as appropriate and follow policy.
• Coordinate admissions/referrals for Hillcrest programming.

This role involves supervising youth in our care.
