Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Work-Readiness Manager for the Alianza Youth Services division in New York, NY. This is a part-time role during the school year and will transition to full-time during the summer, supporting youth aged 14-21 with work-readiness and paid opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Some college credit/courses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program operations, instruction and projects for a 6-week program.
• Track and maintain program content, assignments, progress and daily anecdotes for Project Based Learning (PBL).
• Assist partners with outlining PBL questions, provide feedback on assignments and organize live office hours.
• Coordinate with community partners to support PBL work.
• Handle incoming calls and schedule conference calls.
• Assist participants in assessing job skills and provide job-seeking support (resume, interview prep).
• Monitor participant performance and counsel when performance is not satisfactory.
• Maintain contact with industry partners and report results to staff.
• Maintain program documentation and equipment; support special projects.
