Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with youth and in-school setting.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; able to work under pressure and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent program and agency at partnership meetings and activities with partners, funders, and the public when the Program Director cannot.
• Assist Program Director in planning trips and activities to advance programmatic goals.
• Manage a caseload of at least 50 students, track attendance and educational progress, and conduct regular counseling meetings.
• Conduct attendance outreach via KinvoMessaging, wake-up calls, and home visits when needed.
• Provide crisis counseling and restorative mediations as needed.
• Facilitate daily program activities and track student progress using reports and assessments.
• Maintain progress notes and complete documentation for program activities.
• Assist students with resume writing, college admissions, financial aid applications, and job-shadowing opportunities.
• Plan and facilitate Advisory sessions twice per week and support new student admissions.
