Job summary

Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Prior experience in the social service field.
At least 2 years of experience working in the field of youth development.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain internship partners, including monthly site visits and weekly contact with worksites.
Place 90 students in subsidized internships and assist with applications, paperwork and evaluations.
Maintain interns' files and track attendance, hours and seminar participation.
Facilitate LTW Weekly Seminar by creating curriculum on Work Readiness, Financial Literacy, and Career Exploration; track attendance.
Assist in outreach, recruitment and admissions; support graduates with job search and resume/cover letter writing.
