Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or human services with at least 1 year of youth mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, supervision, mentorship, and support to youth in a structured treatment environment.
• Build positive, professional relationships that encourage trust and personal growth.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions as directed.
• Assist youth in developing emotional regulation and independent living skills.
• Monitor behavior and respond to safety concerns and crises.
• Document daily activities, observations, and progress accurately.
