Job summary

Wisconsin Community Services in Milwaukee is hiring a Crisis Stabilizer to join our Wraparound, REACH, and Youth CCS teams. You will provide crisis stabilization and skill-building services to youth and young adults to support their recovery goals in community settings.

We value person-centered, trauma-informed care. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Expect on-call duties, teamwork, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of mental health/substance use experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, automobile, and insurance required.
• Background checks per WCS and contractor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as Crisis Stabilizer for Wraparound, REACH, and Youth CCS teams.
• Provide crisis stabilization and skill-building in community settings.
• Document services and maintain Plan of Care.
• Collaborate with schools, medical staff, families.
• Be on-call 24/7 to support youth in crisis.
• Attend team meetings and participate in care planning.
