Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with youth ages 8-17 preferred.
• Knowledge of DBT, trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing is beneficial.
• Ability to use computer applications and electronic records.
• Willingness to work third shift and participate in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform third shift room checks to ensure youth are asleep, safe and not distressed.
• Follow clinical safety recommendations including suicide protocols and safety plans.
• Support youth with daily living activities and coaching skills throughout the day.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches like DBT and trauma-informed care in interactions.
• Attend mandatory trainings, supervision, and team meetings and document appropriately.
