Wisconsin Community Services, Inc. seeks a Youth Treatment Specialist to work on the Matz Center team in Watertown, WI. The role supports youth ages 8–17 in a trauma-informed setting, providing therapeutic activities, supervision, and daily living assistance.

The position requires empathy, reliability, and strong boundaries. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with flexible scheduling and a focus on youth-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21+ years old and at least 2 years older than the oldest resident served.
• Valid driver's license and an insured vehicle.
• Experience or ability to work with youth ages 8–17 from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to maintain boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a positive role model and reinforce healthy coping skills.
• Build therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Support youth participation in treatment activities with motivation and reinforcement.
• Provide supervision and ensure safety in crisis situations.
• Assist with daily living activities and documentation.
