Rite of Passage in Saint Petersburg, FL is hiring a Transitional Services Manager to supervise about 13 students at Les Peters Youth Academy. You will coordinate court hearings, probation visits, and guardian communications, serving as the main liaison among students, families, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, sociology and experience in case management.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a caseload of approximately 13 students.
• Assist with facilitating court hearings, probation officer visits, student visits and home passes.
• Serve as primary program liaison between students, parents/guardians and placing agency officials.
• Provide monthly progress notes and weekly student updates.
• Coordinate activities with other program staff and participate in assessments and treatment plans.
• Report to the Director of Student Services.
