Rite of Passage seeks a Shift Supervisor for Les Peters Academy in St. Petersburg, FL. The ideal candidate will oversee daily Group Living operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with ROP policies and licensing standards, while fostering a safe, supportive environment for youth.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in juvenile treatment, plus 1 year of supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license and background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment setting (Residential, Behavioral, Detention, Corrections, etc.).
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Must meet state licensing requirements and ROP requirements for education and experience.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and be able to pass background checks, drug screening, TB test.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations.
• Supervise a minimum of two full-time employees.
• Ensure programs are implemented per ROP policies and licensing requirements.
• Support Director of Group Living/Program Director in site management responsibilities.
