Les Peters Academy in St. Petersburg, FL seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead daily Group Living operations within a residential program for female youth. You will supervise staff, ensure program compliance, and maintain a safe, supportive environment aligned with ROP policies and licensing.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in juvenile services, plus 1 year of supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license. Background checks and TB tests are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Three years of juvenile treatment experience required.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to pass background check, drug screening and TB test.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations and supervision of Group Living facilities.
• Ensure compliance with ROP policies and licensing requirements.
• Direct supervision of at least two full-time staff.
• Collaborate with Site Management Team and Program Director.
