Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand is hiring a Recreational Manager for Les Peters Academy in St. Petersburg, FL. The role focuses on daily recreational programming for female youth aged 14–19 within a residential setting.

You will join a team in the Student Services Department, report to the Clinical Director, and ensure activities are engaging, safe, and therapeutic in nature. A BA/BS in therapeutic recreation or equivalent is required, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in therapeutic recreation or equivalent required.
• Leadership ability to instill high-standard positive attitudes among staff and students.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively serve students.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily recreational and leisure activities that are physically challenging, educational, and constructive.
• Recreation Manager reports to the Clinical Director.
• Work as a staff member of the Student Services Department team.
