Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• 1–2 years related experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass agency background checks.
• Requires active auto-insurance and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assess individual needs and provide comprehensive case management.
• Provide life skills training and direct support with housing, employment, education, and healthcare.
• Coordinate with DSS staff, foster parents, residential facilities, and partners to develop transition plans.
• Organize mentoring opportunities and youth advocacy groups; coordinate regional events and teen conference in Rapid City.
