Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support justice-involved youth and teens. Join a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment where every day is different and growth opportunities exist.

The role welcomes individuals interested in juvenile justice, human services, or related fields, with both full-time and part-time shifts available including day, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend schedules.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social sciences (preferred).
• At least 60 semester credits and one year of experience working with children; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and support for youth in shelter care and reception center.
• Direct client care, maintain/model appropriate boundaries, and teach coping and problem-solving skills.
• Complete reports and documentation as necessary.
