Job summary

Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch is seeking a Program Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy to youth in Montana. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with schools, families, and community partners in person and via telehealth.

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and be eligible for Montana licensure (SWLC/PCLC/MFLC or LCSW/LCPC/MFLT). Strong ethical practice and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling from an accredited university.
• Ability to relate and build rapport with youth and families therapeutically.
• Knowledge of Montana Medicaid and YBGR policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to youth in various settings.
• Develop and document treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Engage with families, schools, and community resources.
• Utilize telehealth and in-person modalities for therapy and crisis intervention.
• Ensure compliance with PQI standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with treatment team and participate in meetings.
