Job summary

Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch seeks a Program Therapist to join a multidisciplinary care team supporting youth with emotional and behavioral challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in school, community, or home settings, including telehealth when needed.

You will collaborate with schools and families, ensure PQI standards, and maintain thorough clinical documentation while navigating Montana Medicaid and state licensure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed or eligible: Montana SWLC/PCLC/MFLC or LCSW/LCPC/MFLT.
• Criminal/child abuse background check required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to youth.
• Develop treatment plans and conduct clinical assessments.
• Coordinate with schools and CST/IEP meetings; liaise with community agencies.
• Maintain PQI standards and accurate paperwork.
• Engage families and caregivers; participate in treatment team meetings.
• Deliver crisis intervention and telehealth as needed.
