Job summary

Spectrum Juvenile Justice Services in Highland Park, MI seeks a Therapist/Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our mental health Treatment Team. You will provide direct therapy and casework to youth aged 11 to 20 in a secure juvenile facility, using the Forward Focus Treatment Model.

You will also supervise a team of case managers and direct care workers. The role requires a Master’s degree and Michigan licensure as a master’s level clinician, with two years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work.
• Michigan licensure as a master’s level clinician (LLPC/LPC, LLMSW/LMSW, TLLP/LLP).
• Two years of postgraduate experience in direct treatment services (preferred).
• Background screening must be successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapeutic and casework services to youth.
• Offer clinical insight, direction, and support using the Forward Focus Treatment Model.
• Supervise a team of case managers and direct care workers.
• Engage with youth and their families to foster positive outcomes.
