Job summary

Spectrum Child & Family Services’ Valor Place is seeking a Case Manager in Westland, MI. The role supports youth through placement, advocates for educational services, and maintains records in line with regulations.

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care that helps youth build brighter futures. A Bachelor’s degree is required, plus at least 2 years in evaluation/CBT/trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
• At least 2 years of experience in evaluation, assessment, CBT, trauma-informed care, or similar therapeutic practices.
• Ability to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Support youth through placement and transitions with care and empathy.
• Advocate for individualized educational services tailored to each child’s needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in alignment with service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with youth and the dedicated team at Valor Place to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care.
