Job summary

Spectrum Child & Family Services’ Valor Place in Westland, MI is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support youth through placement, education services, and transitions. The role focuses on trauma-informed care, advocacy, and maintaining compliant records while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in evaluation, assessment, CBT, trauma-informed care, or similar therapeutic practice.
• Background screening must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Support youth through placement and transitions with care and empathy.
• Advocate for individualized educational services tailored to each child’s needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in alignment with service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Valor Place team to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care.
