Job summary

A growing outpatient mental health clinic is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional – Sex Offender Specialist to provide crucial mental health services to children and adolescents in a juvenile detention center setting. Responsibilities include conducting therapy and assessments for youth and creating treatment plans. Candidates must possess relevant licensure and a Master’s degree, alongside strong communication and leadership skills. This contractual position offers flexible scheduling, with onboarding in February 2026 and clinical roles commencing March 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years counseling experience.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a juvenile detention center required.
• Willing to complete a federal and state background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy and assessments for 8–12 youth.
• Complete psychosocial evaluations as needed.
• Create and review treatment plans every 6 months.
