Job summary

Spectrum Human Services in Highland Park, MI, is seeking a Juvenile Development Specialist to work with youth ages 12–20 in a secure residential setting. You will mentor, build trust, provide structure, and support treatment goals aligned with licensing requirements to help youths grow and heal.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice or Human Services highly desired.
  • Clean background check and central registry clearance.
  • Current Michigan Driver’s License or Michigan ID with reliable transportation.
  • Physical exam indicating health and ability to meet the job’s physical demands.
