Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a reliable T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs in Winnabow, NC. This weekend role lets you work with kids, lead activities, and help maintain a safe, fun environment.

You’ll oversee games at Town Creek Middle School, ensure coaches teach basics, communicate with parents, and keep events on schedule. 18+ preferred; drivers with reliable transportation encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience leading youth activities or sports programs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with parents, players and volunteer coaches.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
• Comfortable leading groups of kids and adults in a fun, safe environment.
• Prior experience with baseball and/or youth sports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 3–4) and Coach Pitch (ages 5–6) games at Town Creek Middle School.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, thrives in a leadership position, and wants to make a meaningful impact in their community—while earning extra income on the weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 3–4) and Coach Pitch (ages 5–6) games at Town Creek Middle School
• Ensure Coaches are teaching the basics of baseball while keeping activities fun, safe, and engaging
• Communicate clearly with parents, players, and volunteer coaches

• Ensure games are organized, on time, and enjoyable for all families

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age (25+ preferred)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must

• Prior experience with baseball and/or working with children
• Saturday availability (September – November 8am-12pm) Additional time may be available if you would also like to referee flag football or soccer as well.
