Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs in Shallotte, NC. This weekend role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, thrives in a leadership position, and wants to make a meaningful impact in their community while earning extra income.

You’ll lead early age games, teach the basics, coordinate with parents and volunteers, and help maintain a fun, safe, and organized environment that reflects the i9 Sports

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; 25+ preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
• Experience with baseball and/or working with children is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 3–4) and Coach Pitch (ages 5–6) games
• Teach the basics of baseball while keeping activities fun, safe, and engaging
• Communicate clearly with parents, players, and volunteer coaches

Position Overview

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs.
