Job summary

i9 Sports in Shallotte, NC is seeking a reliable T-Ball Coordinator to lead Saturday games for our Fall T-Ball and Coach Pitch programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, thrives in a leadership position, and wants to earn extra income on the weekends.

You will teach the basics of baseball, ensure games run on time, communicate with parents and volunteer coaches, and help maintain a fun, safe, and engaging environment that reflects the i9 Sports culture.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age (25+ preferred)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Comfortable leading both kids and adults in group settings
• Prior experience with baseball and/or working with children
• Sunday availability (September–November 9am–1pm)
• Professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs.
