Job summary

i9 Sports in Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC, is seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs. This weekend role is perfect for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys leadership, and wants to make a positive difference in the community while earning extra income.

As part of the team, you’ll lead games, teach basics, communicate with parents and volunteers, and help foster a fun, safe environment that reflects i9 Sports values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (25+ preferred).
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to lead groups of kids and adults.
• Experience with baseball or working with children.
• Sunday availability (September - November 9am-1pm).
• Professional, outgoing and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 3–4) and Coach Pitch (ages 5–6) games.

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, thrives in a leadership position, and wants to make a meaningful impact in their community—while earning extra income on the weekends.
