i9 Sports is seeking a Part-Time T-Ball Coordinator in Winnabow, NC to lead and oversee weekend games for young players. This role focuses on safe, engaging activities and positive leadership in a community-focused program.

You will work with kids, parents, and volunteer coaches, ensuring games run smoothly and that fundamentals are taught in a fun, supportive setting. Weekend commitment and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Weekend availability on Saturdays Sep–Nov, 8am–12pm.
• Experience with baseball or supervising children preferred.
• Professional, friendly demeanor and safe play focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead T-Ball (ages 3-4) and Coach Pitch (ages 5-6) games.
• Ensure coaching basics are taught safely and clearly.
• Communicate with parents, players, and volunteers.
• Maintain a fun, organized, on-time game environment.
• Referee additional activities as needed.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, thrives in a leadership position, and wants to make a meaningful impact in their community - while earning extra income on the weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 3-4) and Coach Pitch (ages 5-6) games at Town Creek Middle School
• Ensure Coaches are teaching the basics of baseball while keeping activities fun, safe, and engaging
• Communicate clearly with parents, players, and volunteer coaches
• Foster a positive atmosphere that reflects the i9 Sports culture
• Ensure games are organized, on time, and enjoyable for all families

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age (25+ preferred)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Comfortable leading both kids and adults in a group setting
• Prior experience with baseball and/or working with children
• Saturday availability (September - November 8am-12pm) Additional time may be available if you would also like to referee flag football or soccer as well.

Schedule
