Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs in Winnabow, NC. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, taking on a leadership position, and earning extra income on weekends.

The position offers a weekend schedule (Saturdays 8:00 AM–12:00 PM) and opportunities to engage with families in a community-centered sports environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age (25+ preferred)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Comfortable leading both kids and adults in a group setting
• Prior experience with baseball and/or working with children
• Saturday availability (September - November 8am-12pm) Additional time may be available if you would also like to referee flag football or soccer as well.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 3–4) and Coach Pitch (ages 5–6) games at Town Creek Middle School
• Ensure Coaches are teaching the basics of baseball while keeping activities fun, safe, and engaging
• Communicate clearly with parents, players, and volunteer coaches
• Foster a positive atmosphere that reflects the i9 Sports culture
• Ensure games are organized, on time, and enjoyable for all families

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs.
