The successful candidate will provide direct care, help with meals and activities, transport residents, and support individualized treatment plans in a structured residential setting. Training and career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology with 1 year direct care experience.
• High School diploma with at least 3 years of youth-related experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass background checks and SCM certification within 1 week of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to residents.
• Assist with meal preparation and daily living activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Support individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate resident records, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with team members to provide consistent and effective care.
