Crossroads Programs, Inc. is seeking a Youth Support Worker for Kerri’s House in Ewing, NJ. This full-time role provides direct care to youth aged 5–12 in a residential setting, with paid training and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule includes 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts, Monday through Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology or equivalent experience.
• Experience providing direct care to youth in behavioral health settings is preferred.
• Must meet all background and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to residents.
• Assist with meal preparation and daily living activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Support individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate resident records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent care.
