You will build relationships, support daily living and treatment activities, document progress, and collaborate with a compassionate team dedicated to helping youth achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of I/DD group-setting experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a non-social work or psychology field with six months of I/DD group-setting experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support for up to five residents in a safe, supervised, and structured environment.
• Assist with meal preparation, daily living activities, and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate resident records and collaborate with the team for consistent therapeutic care.
