Job summary

Rite of Passage seeks a Direct Juvenile Support Worker at the Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas. You will provide for the safety and daily needs of youth through mentoring and skill development, while collaborating with staff to implement treatment plans.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; the role offers 40-hour weeks with both full-time and part-time schedules, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 21 years old
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provide in person safety and security around‑clock
• Mentor youth and support health and personal needs
• Monitor and document behaviors and activities
• Collaborate with staff to meet treatment goals
• Work in the High Impact Program setting
