Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Group Supervisor for the DAY SHIFT at AJATC in Bryant, Arkansas. You will supervise Direct Juvenile Support Workers and supervise on-unit activities, education, and related tasks while maintaining staff-to-student ratios and ensuring timely operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience with at-risk youth, supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to pass background checks and drug/TB tests.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors on units and in Education.
• Ensure staff-to-student ratios and adherence to daily schedules.
• Make sound decisions during emergencies and conduct crisis sessions when needed.
• Model program values and lead by example to support youth development.
