Job summary

Rite of Passage at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas is hiring a Health Services Administrator to lead the medical department within a secure residential program for at-risk youth.

As a key management team member you will oversee clinical staff, ensure ACA and contract compliance, coordinate services and insurance enrollment, and may provide direct care as needed, while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related health care field.
• Current RN licensure in Arkansas.
• Minimum of two years of medical services administration experience.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass criminal background, drug, physical, and TB tests.
• Able to pass child and adult abuse central registry checks.
• Eligible driver with active Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Direct the medical department and supervise medical staff on-site.
• Ensure facility compliance with contracting and ACA standards.
• Coordinate medical services and schedule appointments.
• Liaise with placement agencies and confirm student insurance enrollment.
• Provide direct student care as needed.
