Job summary

Rite of Passage at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, AR is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth in a secure residential setting.

The role includes clinical assessments, treatment planning, case management, and coordination with a multi-disciplinary team. Arkansas licensure (LPC/LAC/LMSW/LCSW) and a Master’s degree are required; on-site schedule is Monday–Friday with some on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Arkansas license as LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW is required.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug test, physical, and TB test.
• Must pass child/adult abuse registry checks and have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Oversee completion of treatment for students under care.
• Conduct clinical assessments and service planning.
• Document progress notes, staffing reports, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate services with the multi-disciplinary team.
