Job summary

Rite of Passage Team in Bryant, Arkansas is seeking a Part-Time Cook at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC). You will prepare nutritious meals for youth and staff and maintain a clean, safe kitchen on site.

Training is provided; candidates with ServSafe certification may start above entry level. Schedule includes full- or part-time options with pay $16.00–$17.17 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a current ServSafe certificate.
• Have some kitchen experience, specifically in a residential setting.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
• Must have a clean driving record and an active driver’s license.
• Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time position available.

Responsibilities

• As a Cook, you will prepare and serve nutritious, great-tasting meals for youth and staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area as part of the food services team.
