Thompson Child & Family Focus – A Child's Place Program in Columbia, SC is seeking a Youth Partner in the Thompson Youth Stabilization department to engage, support, mentor, and advocate for assigned youth, helping them align with their treatment plans and develop self-advocacy.

This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 3 weeks PTO, holidays, a 401K match, education reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and device support such as iPhone and laptop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of relevant professional experience with the population served.
• Valid Driver's License and credentialing/ privileging standards may apply.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Engage and mentor youth to support their treatment plans.
• Empower self-advocacy and provide transportation with reimbursement.
• Respond to crises and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Flexible schedule with after-school and evening service visits.
