Job summary

Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) to oversee substance use counselors in our Juvenile Justice program and outpatient services.

The role involves direct services as needed, including individual, couples/family, and group psychotherapy, with administrative duties to the Program/Clinical Directors. The position reports to the Program Director/Clinical Director and operates from Tarzana and Sylmar sites, offering a competitive benefits package and

Qualifications

• A Masters or Doctorate degree in social work, counseling, psychology or social science.
• Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Science as an LCSW, MFT, or LPCC.
• Minimum of one year experience in evaluating and/or treating persons suffering from substance abuse and/or dual diagnosis. Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise counseling staff, including interns.
• Provide supervision to a team of substance use counselors in Juvenile Justice program.
• Deliver individual, couple/family, and group psychotherapy as needed.
• Crisis intervention and 5150 determinations as required.
• Complete documentation in the medical record and participate in program meetings.
