You will oversee clinical operations, supervise the clinical team, and coordinate care with psychiatrists to ensure high-quality services for youth in two short-term residential programs.

Applicants must be licensed (LCSW/LMFT/LPC), have 5+ years of clinical/admin experience in residential settings, and undergo standard background checks and driving record review.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with supervision capability and regulatory compliance.
• Minimum of five years of clinical and administrative experience in residential settings.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid CA driver's license.
