Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee substance use disorder outpatient services for the youth program. You will supervise therapists, peer staff, and case managers, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to policies.

The role includes direct clinical work and program development for co-occurring disorders. Requirements include a Master’s in Social Science, SUDP/T preferred or licensed clinical status, five years in the field, and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Science or related field required.
• SUDP/T licensure preferred or licensed mental health professional.
• At least five years in the field with administrative exposure.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to mental health and SUD staff.
• Review and approve clinical documentation in Epic.
• Ensure program compliance with WAC, 42 CFR Part II, and TJC standards.
• Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Program Manager on admin/clinical matters.
