Responsibilities

• Direct Student Coaching & Caseload Management: manage a caseload of approx. 5–10 students and meet weekly (in-person or virtual).
• Holistic Student Support & Workshop Facilitation: provide targeted academic support and participate in program days.
• Documentation, Communication & Safety: maintain confidential logs and communicate with families quarterly.
• Professional Development: attend mandatory trainings and onboarding.
