Covenant House Alaska is seeking a dedicated Success Manager to engage youth, support housing, health, and education goals, and coordinate services across agencies. You will manage 10-15 youth, provide planning and advocacy, and ensure data accuracy in CHA systems while prioritizing safety and confidentiality.

The role requires strong crisis intervention skills, collaboration with community partners, and commitment to trauma-informed care with youth at varied stages of change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in human services, social work, psychology preferred.
• Experience with adolescent or disadvantaged populations preferred; lived experience is an asset.
• Experience providing case management or closely related service provision is required.
• Familiarity with homeless housing resources is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build meaningful relationships with youth and assist in goal attainment.
• Perform intakes and discharge planning in line with CHA timelines.
• Maintain data in CHA data systems (ETO, AKHMIS) and related databases.
• Provide crisis de-escalation and safety planning as needed.
• Collaborate with partners in Coordinated Entry and other meetings.
