Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis is seeking a STEM Instructor responsible for creating engaging STEM programs for youth ages 6–18 at the Technical Training Center. This role involves designing hands-on experiences to foster critical thinking and digital literacy.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of teaching experience. Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching or facilitating STEM programs.
• Strong understanding of STEM concepts and emerging technologies.
• Experience with educational technology and learning management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver age-appropriate STEM lessons and workshops.
• Facilitate hands-on training aligned with workforce development.
• Build positive relationships with Club members.
