Job summary
Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a STEM Specialist to design and implement engaging STEM curricula across science, engineering, math, robotics, and coding for TK-12 programs in Moreno Valley and surrounding regions. You will collaborate with the Learning Team to create hands-on activities, cycle plans, and staff trainings that align with program needs and standards.
Ideal candidates bring a STEM background, passion for youth development, and strong communication.
Qualifications
- AA Degree in a STEM field preferred or 1 year of group-leading youth experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to travel to multiple Woodcraft Rangers regions.
- Reliable internet access and computer literacy required.
- Valid LIVE Scan is required.
Responsibilities
- Design and support STEM curriculum and trainings for youth.
- Develop lesson plans and cycle plans aligned with program needs.
- Train club leaders and staff on STEM content delivery.
- Collaborate with Learning Team and STEM leadership on content.
- Ensure program quality and compliance with funding guidelines.
