Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a Club Leader to supervise/lead after-school activities for youth at Moreno Valley Unified School District locations. You will create engaging programs, monitor attendance, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all participants.

The role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across evenings and weekends. This on-site position involves training at the main office and school sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students are in a safe environment.
• Lead age-appropriate activities aligned with whole-child approach.
• Monitor attendance and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with participants and staff.
• Collaborate with supervisor to create culminating events.
• Request materials in a timely manner to stay within budget.
• Adhere to safety protocols and trainings.
