Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in planning, supervising, and evaluating athletic programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and expansion of youth athletic classes and registration.
• Supervise coaches, referees, scorekeepers, staff, and volunteers.
• Manage concessions operations, inventory, and refunds for sports events.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community schools and organizations.
• Support training for coaches and volunteers; ensure safe facilities and programs.
