• Provide safety, security, custodial care, & surveillance of assigned youth.
• Observe, intervene, and de-escalate youth behavior and conflicts.
• Manage security during family visits and maintain positive interactions.
• Complete required documents (reports, logs, evaluations, etc.).
• Oversee movement on facility grounds and during outside trips.
